Credit card reform went into effect earlier this year with a number of significant restrictions on fees and practices that should benefit consumers. That was the good news; the bad was that before reform took effect, many consumers saw interest rates skyrocket on their cards, often with no explanation from the card issuer.
Were you one of the lucky ones whose rate stayed the same or were you whacked with a big interest rate increase? Take my survey on credit card rates and help me with later posts looking at how readers like you have been affected by the changes.
